Privacy & trust
TinyWins holds some of the most personal things a family has — a child's photos, first words, growth, and health records. We treat that data the way we'd want ours treated. This page is our plain-language promise.
Our promise in one line
Your family's data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't advertise against it, and you can take it with you or delete it completely whenever you want.
What we collect
Only what the app needs to work: your account (name, email), the children and families you set up, and what you choose to log — diary entries, milestones, words, growth measurements, photos and voice notes, appointments and vaccination records. We don't buy data about you from third parties.
- Your account: name and email, used to sign you in and send the digests you opt into.
- Your family: the children, co-parents and caregivers you add, and their roles.
- What you log: diary entries, milestones, first words, growth points, photos, voice notes, appointments and vaccinations.
Sensitive by default
Children's photos, voice notes and health records are sensitive data, and we treat them that way. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train external models. Media is only ever shown to family members you've explicitly granted access to.
AI features & other assistants
TinyWins includes Pip, our built-in assistant. Pip runs on a privacy-protected API that doesn't use your data to train its models. We never train AI on your family's data, and we never sell it. You can also choose to share a short, redacted summary of your child with an outside assistant you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude.
- You're in control: a summary only leaves TinyWins when you copy it or connect an assistant yourself — never automatically, and never in the background.
- Redacted by default: the logged details and notes you share are included, but never photos, voice recordings, or your child's exact birth date — and their name only if you turn it on.
- Outside our walls: once a summary is inside another company's assistant, their terms and your settings there govern it — including whether they keep it or use it to improve their AI. We can't control that, so we keep what's shared to a minimum and show you exactly what was included.
- How to limit it: most assistants let you turn off training and history in their own settings. We link to those steps when you share.
Export & delete — any time
From Settings → Privacy & data you can download a complete copy of everything (a zip with your data and every photo), or permanently delete your account. Deleting removes any family you solely own — that child's entire record — and your personal AI chats. There's no waiting period and no dark patterns.

- Delete: permanent removal of your account and the families only you own.
How it's protected
All traffic between your device and TinyWins is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Photos and other media are served only through short-lived, signed links to people you've authorized — they can't be guessed or shared to outsiders.
